I know that this was a trend that was bought into years ago.
It's just something that was accepted. Because well-research.

The truth is that the timeline is if EVERYTHING goes according to plan.
I have attempted to develop self-discipline in 21 days.

It's about an identity shift.

That might sound crazy. I have clients who shift into healthy habits within days because of the identity shift. It's the difference between "I'm trying to quit smoking." to "I'm not a smoker."
Developing habits and self-discipline have been much easier since I went through my integration process.
I never struggle with changing my ways or creating a habit.
If that habit truly resonates with me & it's aligned for me, it becomes who I am immediately, not 21 days later.
