For the last 10 years, I have been healing my trauma. In the last 4/5 years, I've been helping women heal their trauma. I love what I do. And it's not the only thing that I do. See, my time right now is split between being a single mom and a business owner, getting my master's degree & still living life! 

PLUS! Making sure I take care of myself. Hold space for myself. 

As I have come into harmony with all the things on my plate, as I have healed my money trauma and my relationship with money, these four things or routines were born. Crazy, huh? Shifting my relationship with money did all this!

For the last year, I have been doing these things every month, and they have changed my energy for the week.

Plus, it's made me a better mom & CEO. This routine helps me balance the chaos. 

AND I've manifested more money. They have nothing to do with money!

Before doing these things, I felt rushed during my week & not as fulfilled or accomplished.

I felt like I was playing catchup on Monday & had to add so much more to my plate, rather than easing into my week. I was tired of it. I was stressing out to the max. So something had to shift!

There has been a huge shift in my vibe since adding this to my life, NO MATTER what!

5 Things that I do every Sunday that raise my vibe & open me up to receive more

  1. Prepare for my week. So, I go over my calendar. I check for appointments & update my physical calendar & look at Asana. This helps me prepare, get updated & feel ready for the week. I never overlook anymore. I'm never late to appointments. I always know what's going on. It has been a huge blessing in my life to have this system. 

  2. I clean my office space. Sometimes Aubrey's homework gets piled on my desk & sometimes mail & bills do too. So, I take the time out to clean off & organize my desk. Clean the coffee maker, sweep/vacuum & do all of those things so my office space feels fresh & clean. I don't think anyone thinks of this as self-care, but it totally is. Having my desk clean every week makes me feel so damn good. If you deal with anxiety, this is a great place to start clearing that clutter. Notice the difference in the way that you feel.   3. I do the laundry from start to finish. Yes, I wash & put the clothes away. It takes me ALL freaking day, but it gets done. That way I am not worried about what Aubrey will wear or myself. We have a clean slate. Honestly, feeling that accomplished by 5pm on Sunday sets up the whole damn week! I'm all for feeling accomplished. It's a vibe. 

  4. I clean the bathroom. Have you ever seen a kid's bathroom? In one week, it gets absolutely destroyed. So I clean the bathroom. So it feels good, clean & fresh. Again, so many people don't see this as self-care, but it absolutely is. I love a clean bathroom.

  5. I clean my room. I vacuum, make the bed, and make sure there are no kid things in my room. I can find all my shoes. Up until recently Aubrey was sleeping with me. So there were 7 extra blankets in my room alone. That would get everywhere. Cleaning my room would make it magic for the week! 

These are the 5 things I do every Sunday to prepare for my week that have raised my vibe & helped me receive more but have nothing to do with money. They have also made me a better CEO cuz I can focus on my work during the week. & made me a better mom cuz I feel good.

I do them every week cuz that works for me & being a single mom.
