3 lessons I've learned after years of mistaking my intuition for fear, ego & anxiety that I wish I had known years ago!

I spent years fighting with my intuition. I will share next week how I finally stepped into trusting myself & my intuition. 

It wasn't an easy journey. If I am completely honest, it started with healing trauma. It didn't magically start after a breakup. I had to clear the way by clearing the fear.

For the 3 Lessons or secrets that I learned from never trusting myself!!!

  1. The most important lesson I learned over the years is that if you're NOT connected to your body, you don't know the difference between ego, anxiety, fear & your intuition. The more connected you are to your body, the more you can discern & know what's yours & what's fear, anxiety & your ego. The more connected you are, the easier it is for you to accept your intuition & make moves accordingly.
  2. The more regulated you are, the more you know how your intuition works. Connecting to your intuition is actually different for everyone. Someone might feel tingling & someone might hear whispers. Some people hear it or know it. But if you're not regulated, you do not know what works for you & what doesn't. When I learned to regulate & ground my energy, the more I learned how I worked. The easier it became to tap into my intuition.
  3. The less noise you have in your mind, the more you make moves & trust your intuition & yourself. There's a lot of noise running around in your mind. Like your ego, fear, anxiety, doubt, or inner critic, if that stuff constantly runs through your head, no matter how good that intuition feels, sounds, or tingles your body, you won't move accordingly. The quieter it is, the easier it is to immediately take aligned action.
  4. Bonus: Work with someone to deeply heal & integrate your trauma. If you're not fully connected to your body & still see/feel/ hear inner conflict between your ego, anxiety & intuition, it's a sign that you may need more healing with someone who has the experience & who has walked the path of embodiment.

These lessons that I wish someone had told me sooner would have saved me so much time & heartache. I hope that they do the same for you.
