Your Self-discipline isn't the reason why you Procrastinate or self-sabotage.

Just cuz someone has systems, structures, schedules & habits doesn't mean that they don't sabotage.

Yes, all these things help you stay consistent in your life, in your home & your biz.

Yes, Self-discipline is the key to success. Check out this free training here if you want to develop unstoppable self-discipline.

Not being disciplined enough isn't the reason why you go into self-destruction mode.

Let me explain.

Self-discipline has been easy for me since I have healed from trauma. It's almost natural for me.

3 years ago, I was so disciplined that everything was planned out.

I knew what time I was working out. I would work out twice a day. Some days run for 7 miles as a normal run.

I would work on content creation.

All the income-generating activities

Journal, meditate, etc.

I did it all.

I carried a lot of that discipline into the years until I went into self-sabotage mode after my previous relationship.

I burnt the whole biz to the ground. I went from having clients consistently and a group of more than 1k members in it to nothing! Not even sure I was gonna pay my credit cards.

I was still journaling, meditating, running & all of the things that were my self-discipline.

Self-sabotage and procrastination are coping mechanisms. It's actually a sign that you do not feel safe with what you are doing or who you are becoming.

So, you naturally do things that prevent you from moving forward.

Like scrolling through socials until you don't have the time.

Like doing other things that don't really matter. Like doing the dishes rather than showing up on socials for your biz.

Like waiting for inspiration to do anything.

Not feeling means that your nervous system isn't operating in its divine & natural state. This meditation can help you shift in your natural & divine state.

There are many reasons why your nervous system is out of alignment. It could be unhealed trauma, stress, or your environment. Or it could be your relationship with money or lack thereof. Money plays a huge role in life, whether we like it or not.

So, not having a healthy relationship with money plays a role in your safety, security, and worth. If money is the cause of feeling unsafe and triggering procrastination, you can shift your relationship with money here.

So many clients ask me how do I become so disciplined like you.

So many of my clients express they're not disciplined enough.

It's not their fault that they want to focus on self-discipline to release sabotage or procrastination.

The experts shame people for not being disciplined enough, creating a state of not doing or being enough. That's not okay!  Again, you don't procrastinate because you're not self-disciplined enough. You procrastinate out of coping mechanisms because you don't feel safe with what it is you're doing and or who you are becoming!

Do you know how many women or people in general deal with this?

ALL of them at some level. No matter where she's at

I think I'm a living example of how not being disciplined enough is why you procrastinate.

I think it's time to let go of the shaming mentality and step into the idea of needing to feel safe for a divine & aligned nervous system. If you want to slay procrastination & other coping mechanisms, check out this out now!
